Top Orthopedic Surgeons is a healthcare directory platform that helps patients find and connect with orthopedic surgeons. Top Orthopedic Surgeons is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content on the platform is for informational purposes only.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The information on Top Orthopedic Surgeons, including surgeon profiles, ratings, and reviews, is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional medical advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Top Orthopedic Surgeons does not recommend or endorse any specific surgeon, procedure, or treatment. The listing of a surgeon on Top Orthopedic Surgeons does not constitute a medical recommendation.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to: provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account; keep your password secure and not share it with others; notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account; and use the Service only for lawful purposes.

5. Reviews and Content

When you submit a review or other content to Top Orthopedic Surgeons, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use that content on the platform. You represent that: your review is based on genuine personal experience; your content does not contain false, defamatory, or misleading statements; your content does not violate any third-party rights; and you are not posting reviews as a competitor or in exchange for compensation. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.

6. Surgeon Listings

Surgeon profile data is sourced from the publicly available NPI Public Registry. Surgeons who claim their profile are responsible for the accuracy of additional information they provide. Top Orthopedic Surgeons does not independently verify all information beyond NPI registry data.

7. Consultation Requests

Submitting a consultation request through Top Orthopedic Surgeons does not guarantee an appointment. Top Orthopedic Surgeons transmits your request to the surgeon’s office but has no control over whether or when a surgeon responds. Top Orthopedic Surgeons is not responsible for actions taken by surgeons or their staff in response to consultation requests.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Orthopedic Surgeons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to medical outcomes resulting from a surgeon found through our platform.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Top Orthopedic Surgeons to: scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform in bulk; submit fake, paid, or incentivized reviews; impersonate any person or organization; interfere with the normal operation of the Service; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Top Orthopedic Surgeons after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
